Processing Time
Shipments are calculated based on the weight of the package, and the location of the customer. Ensure that the address is correct before placing an order. A wrong address would lead to a delay in delivery.

Order tracking/Confirmation
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. This email would contain your track number and any other information related to your order. Delivery delays might occasionally occur, but this is very rare.
Damages
If you discover a visible shipping damage, or damaged product, do well to reach out to us through our support desk for a replacement. Contact us at info@geekbarpulsevape.com. We should be notified within 3 days, so as to be classified within damaged products.
Note that we do not ship out during the weekends or major holidays, extra fee would be levied if you want it sent out during the weekend.
